Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

  • At Jayashri Collection, we take great care in delivering products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers.
  • If you opt for online payment transfers (Credit / Debit Card transaction) or Net Banking, we offer free shipping ( above Rs.2000/-) all over India.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sunday. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delay from our courier partner and transporters due to weather condition and strikes.
  • The approx time of delivery is 5-6days from your order date
  • CANCELLATIONS :-
    We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Refunds

  • We take great efforts to put in the details of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reason that it’s too long or too heavy.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should Whatsapp us a photo of the damaged product.
  • You must Whatsapp us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order. Whatsapp no- (7506220676)
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.
  • No exchange / No returns / No refunds is our policy.
  • We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
  • Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Jayashri Collection. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
  • All returns / replacements are subject to the discretion of Jayashri Collection.
    We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.
